Christmas Traditions
The hustle and bustle of the holiday season can become overwhelming but many of us still manage to squeeze in and live by our holiday traditions. The aroma of familiar foods on Christmas Day, baking cookies, collections of holiday decor, shopping…they all evoke a feeling of nostalgia and warmth in us that make this time of year one of the best.
We’re in full swing here at The Cob Collection but we took some time out of our schedule to present at the Presbyterian Senior Care annual fundraiser. Over 400 guests attended and we were beyond thrilled to be a part of it. We won’t bore you with any long introductions here but you can check out the presentation below in it’s entirety and hear about some of our traditions and get some of our design tips on trimming your tree like a pro.
Mary Ann and I kept tradition and donned our ugly Christmas sweaters for this holiday presentation.
Happy Holidays!
Wishing you a holiday filled with peace, joy, tradition, and surprises.
Eddie: You surprised to see us, Clark?
Clark: Oh Eddie…If I woke up tomorrow with my head sewn to the carpet, I wouldn’t be more surprised than I am now.
What are your holiday traditions? We’d love to hear about them! Leave a comment and let us know!
Let’s create great design.

Eco-Friendly Gift Wrapping
and it looks good!

Did you know the majority of gift wrapping paper is not recyclable? About 4 million pounds of wrapping paper ends up in the trash each year. That’s enough to fill up 5,787 football fields! Why not break tradition this year and try one of the alternative gift wrapping ideas from Earth911. Or, take a look at the 100% recyclable paper from Wrappily. This clever eco-friendly company uses neighborhood newspaper presses to create their products and they have plenty of fresh designs you are sure to fall in love with.
